The Humard IV, Dubai Emile  Scholarship for Ghanaians is out. This scholarship covers a full tuition fees, a refund for all paid fees including hostel and hall fees,laptop, monthly stipends, One in room hostel amount,cloth for every semester, internship packages at the third year of  your schooling at Dubai and/or Abu-Dhabi, an employment at a reputable company in Dubai, and many others, Laptops as well will be given to applicants who are  not qualified.
